Returns Policy
- IN STORE PURCHASES
Goods purchased in store are not refundable but can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase in their original condition. Proof of purchase required. Excludes sale items, earrings and headpieces.
All special orders made to customer specifications are non-returnable.
Goods can be left over with a 50% deposit and must be paid in full within six weeks, otherwise we have full right to resale the goods
Deposits are not refundable
Please note that alterations are made at your own discretion. We do not accept liability for any alterations made to purchases
Your statutory rights are not affected
2. ONLINE PURCHASES
Should you wish to return your purchase you should email thefashionhouseni@gmail.com with your proof of purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. You will have further 7 days to return the goods once the request has been approved. After the goods are received refund will be issued to the original payment method provided all the terms and conditions of returns are met.
You will need to return the goods with the original receipt, in their original condition and complete with all labels attached.
Items such as hats, earrings, fascinators are not permitted to be returned for hygiene reasons.
The Fashion House is not liable for the cost of returning items.
The items being returned are your responsibility until received by The Fashion House
All sale items are non returnable.

Please note, this returns policy does not relate to any purchases made in store.
Note: When trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the garment. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these guidelines have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all enclosed documents.
